Why do you
think accounting is seen as boring? Explain

I
think it is because they must stick to very specific rules, so they do not have
much time/space/opportunity to fool around so it seems to be a totally square
job. I also think it can be caused by its relation to numbers and perfection
which can be interpreted as something nerdy.
Personally,
I do not like accounting at all even if I know it is totally necessary to run
any business, it might be because I am not that obsessed with perfection and do
not really get along with numbers, anyway I admire them because of their
patience and commitment to get to perfect results and their ability to keep enormous
data reports.
Which of the
jobs mentioned would be most interesting for you? Give your reasons

Probably
to audit because of its versatility and the fact that it involves going out from
office to scare companies only with your presence. Also, because it gives you a
lot of experience since every case is different and you have to look for every
little detail that can take you to any possible infringement.
Why is it so
important for accountants to be ethical? Explain in detail.

Because
they work with classified information about their clients, so it is important
not to spread it at all, otherwise it can get to the wrong person and cause
problems.

It
is also important because of the seriousness of working with big amounts of money
and the fact that they know how to “fix/hide” some situations. They must always
work following rules and processes looking for honest results.
Hi Fernanda I read your activity and I realized that we answered differently the question about which accounting job is more interesting, to be honest I also think that being an auditor is to be feared by others. By other side, I talked about the management accountant because it seems important to me the responsibilities he has with the owners of the companies.

I suppose that if for accountants it has to be very exciting since we all differ in tastes and if it seemed boring to all of us, no one would do that important job
ReplyDeleteFer I agree a lot with your answers, although there I have different thoughts on the second question, apart from that everything else you have put seems very correct and I can tell you that you have done an excellent job.

As you said I completely agree with you in the reason why many people don't like Acounting, as it is like really repetitive and you don't have any chance to fool around,, they have to stick to rules as much as possible because even 1 cent of difference means they have done their work completely wrong and that sound for me awfull I'll be crazy in just 1 day of doing that
